- In the app, open Settings.
- Tap Generate diagnostic bundle.
- Attach it to your email. Broker account numbers, connection identifiers and access tokens are stripped out before the bundle is composed.

Why aren’t option prices real-time?
Option chains, greeks and implied volatility come from the most recent settled market close, under the data provider’s licensing terms. Your positions are priced from your broker. Market-data figures say which session they came from. Check the live bid and ask at your broker before trading.
Can Wheelwright place a trade for me?
No, and it has no mechanism to. The broker connection is read-only: it can read positions, cash and resting orders, and it cannot place, change or cancel an order. Every trade happens in your broker’s own app.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Your positions stay readable with the last data that was synced. They stop updating until you subscribe again.
Which brokers work?
E*TRADE, Robinhood, Fidelity and Schwab have each been connected and read through SnapTrade’s read-only connection. Other brokers SnapTrade supports may work; they have not been tested by us. One gap to know about: Schwab does not send open orders through SnapTrade, so for a Schwab account check working buy-to-close orders in Schwab itself.
Do I have to connect a broker to see it?
No. On the first screen, tap “Just show me what it looks like” and the app loads a made-up book, two accounts with positions, premium history and goals, entirely on your phone. Every screen is populated and every figure is marked as sample data. Remove it in one tap when you are done looking.
Why pay for this when a spreadsheet is free?
If a spreadsheet and ten minutes a day works for you, keep it. Wheelwright is for people who want the roll, assignment and profit-target checks run against their own rules every day, from the broker’s own data, without typing anything in. How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wheelwright. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Before uninstalling, use Settings → Disconnect all brokers and delete my connection login. That removes your connection at SnapTrade and the link between your subscription and that connection. Uninstalling then removes everything stored on the phone. Privacy policy
Is this investment advice?
No. Wheelwright evaluates trades against the parameters you configured and reports what it found. It is neither a broker-dealer nor an investment adviser. Every order is your decision and your responsibility.
What if it cannot work something out?
It says so. If there is not enough history for an implied-volatility rank, or an earnings date is missing, Wheelwright reports the unknown rather than filling the gap with a guess.
